Our customer service consists of a young and dedicated team that handles all customer enquiries at our headquarters in Neustadt an der Weinstraße – these questions come not only from Germany, but from numerous countries around the world. Many colleagues in our service team have combined their hobby with their job: They spend hours every week on their bikes, in their running shoes, and in nature.
